WANG Mingxuan (王明轩)

WANG Mingxuan (王明轩) is a Senior Researcher at ByteDance Seed and Co-Director of SIA Lab, a joint research laboratory between ByteDance Seed and Tsinghua University's AIR (Institute for AI Industry Research). He is one of the key researchers identified as part of the '8 key people' supporting ByteDance's large models.

His work focuses on large model training and reinforcement learning. He co-leads research efforts at SIA Lab with Zhou Hao from Tsinghua AIR, working on projects like MemAgent - a reinforcement learning-based memory agent for long-text processing.
