ZHAO Shengjia (赵晟佳) is the Chief Scientist at Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL), appointed on July 25, 2025. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Tsinghua University and his Ph.D. from Stanford in 2022.
At OpenAI, he was a core contributor to ChatGPT, GPT-4, and o1 reasoning models. He is one of two Chief Scientists at MSL alongside Yann LeCun.
