ZHOU Yucong (周彧聪, born ~1993, aged 32 in 2025) is a co-founder, Executive Director, and the Visual Model Research Leader at MiniMax. He joined MiniMax in March 2022 as a visual model researcher and engineer.
Previously, he worked at SenseTime (April 2018 - July 2019) and Huawei (August 2019 - March 2022), focusing on algorithms. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Beihang University.
He was appointed as Executive Director in June 2025. He leads MiniMax's visual model R&D including the Hailuo AI video generation product.
